Panama, January 18, 2026 — A 28-year-old man was arrested following a complaint for indecent exposure in the Altos de Las Praderas neighborhood, La Chorrera. The complaint was filed primarily by mothers of families concerned about the adult's inappropriate behavior. The suspect's residence is located near a children's park, and many children play on the nearby properties. The suspect was apprehended by the National Police in the Los Guayacanes neighborhood, located in the Herrera district, which is a different location from where the incident occurred. According to the Public Ministry, the man will face charges for corruption of minors. A hearing is expected to take place in the coming hours, but unofficial reports indicate that due to the involvement of minors, it will be held in private. Residents of the area have publicly requested authorities to prohibit the accused from residing in Altos de Las Praderas.
